The lemony color is quite deep for a 2011! On the nose, black fruits and yellow stone fruits are very clear, supported by light pastry notes. Tiny bubbles and foam tingle a light but concentrated palate, the dosage (8 g/l) condensing the stone fruits more than expected, and balancing the whole into a seductively juicy white peach wine.
