A lovely chalky, fresh, mineral nose evolves into aromas of redcurrant, vanilla and gunflint. This complexity is reflected in an elegant, silky, chiseled texture. The minerality is firmly in place, enhanced by fresh lemony notes. The bubbles dance as if on a tightrope before a long, taut finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood platters.
