Liébart-Régnier
Both families have been winemakers for generations, and it was only natural that the house should combine the two names in 1960. It is currently run by Laurent Liébart, his wife Valérie and their two daughters, Alexandra and Marion. Their 11 ha of vines are spread over two villages, one on each bank of the Marne: Baslieux-sous-Châtillon and Vauciennes. All seven authorized grape varieties are grown on no fewer than 35 different plots. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats or barrels, depending on the plot and grape variety. More recently, the family has been producing "plot-based" cuvées to complement their "classic" and "selective" ranges. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
