Pale gold in color, with green hints of freshness and fine bubbles that quickly rise in the glass to form a fine but tenacious cordon. On the nose, the compromise of the three grape varieties remains: the fruitiness of the meunier, the finesse of the chardonnay and the depth of the pinot noir. The fruity, floral, brioche and slightly smoky aromas are beautifully complex. On the palate, the structure is equally fruity, though perhaps more citrusy. Fine bubbles lighten the overall impression. A champagne that will find its place from aperitif to cheese. Skate with capers, chicken leg stuffed with crab and cream sauce.
