Lété-Vautrain
Lété-Vautrain was founded in the 1960s by Robert Lété and his wife Liliane Vautrain, in Château-Thierry. The estate has grown from a few acres to over 7 ha. Of this area, the vines stretch over the communes of Château-Thierry and Essômes-sur-Marne. A few vines are located in the commune of Leuvrigny, a stone's throw from Épernay, the Lété-Vautrain terroir of origin. In 2011, the estate was taken over by Baron-Fuenté. The range of champagnes is relatively narrow, centered around a "Brut Zéro", created in 2008, with no dosage, and a vintage that waits at least seven years in the cellar. All offer excellent value for money and consistency.
