The Dautreville family has been growing vines for 4 generations in Jouy-les-Reims. They manage 4 hectares of vines, which have been organically farmed since the 2024 harvest. All 3 Champagne grape varieties are planted, and vinification and ageing are adapted to the vintages and regular tastings. In addition to their eponymous champagne brand, reserved for their private customers, a year ago they created a brand for professionals (wine merchants, restaurateurs and exporters), Les Arcanes de Joy. It comprises five permanent cuvées, plus a number of ephemeral cuvées.
