From the 2011 harvest, this cuvée is made exclusively from Côte des Blancs grands crus. Fine bubbles precede a nose of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with notes of chalk and white peach. The taut finish concludes with a salivating bitterness. A table champagne to accompany a ballotine of smoked salmon with horseradish-scented brousse.
