This house offers a range of champagnes called "Foliage" made from organic grapes, composed from the three grape varieties of Champagne, as well as a 100% Chardonnay cuvée. The wines rest in the cellars for 60 months before they are released on to the market to assure they bottles are tasted in optimal condition.
