Pale lemon-yellow color with pale gold highlights. Perfectly balanced nose of white and yellow fruits, with an exotic touch (passion fruit). The bubbles seem very fine and the mousse delicate. Juicy and elegant on the palate, providing freshness, with notes of damp chalk and minerality, nuts and a lactic touch. Long finish.
