This cuvée has a lemon color with silver highlights and a discreet nose of creamy lemon, delicate yellow fruit and light pastry notes. The fine, delicate bubbles create a chiselled, airy mousse. A lemon tart flavor emerges in a balanced, fresh and elegantly gourmand palate, with mineral accents (chalk, limestone). The finish is harmonious. A perfect aperitif champagne.
