Gault&Millau's review
The cooperative winery was founded in 1937 in what is arguably the most famous village in Champagne, and bears its name: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The winery's oenotheque is particularly remarkable, containing rare bottles dating back to 1969, testifying to the ageing capacity of the village's wines. Today's wide range of wines is carefully crafted and readily available. A great success in a terroir where even the smallest grape can be bought at a premium.
