The Cave Coopérative was founded in 1937 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, arguably the most famous village in the Champagne region. This village is classified as a 100% Grand Cru. The company's wine library is particularly remarkable, containing rare bottles dating back to 1969, testimony to the ageing capacity of the village's wines. Today's wide range is well-cared-for and readily available. A great success on terroirs where the smallest grape can be bought at a premium.
