A blanc de blancs from old vines over 50 years old on the Tours-sur-Marne terroir. The pretty golden color and extra-fine bubbles open the tasting. On the nose, notes of butter, toast and essence of yellow fruit blend with complexity. Both full-bodied and fine, this mature grand cru calls for fine roasted scallops with just a hint of saffron.
