Gault&Millau's review
Thierry Laherte's 11-hectare vineyard is particularly fragmented and scattered, with 75 parcels spread between the Côte des Blancs, the southern slopes of Épernay and the Marne valley. Not content with reintroducing old grape varieties, he is also trying to plant free-range, using an organic approach, and even biodynamic methods on certain parcels. Thierry's son Aurélien, who represents the seventh generation, learned to make wine at the age of 15. Supplies are supplemented by grapes purchased from 6 ha.
