Gault&Millau's review
This estate was founded by Paul Dubrule and is one of the first in the Luberon appellation. 40 hectares of vines are grown organically (certification in 2020). La Cavale also boasts 700 olive trees (also organically farmed) and 15 beehives on the roof of its sales area. Wine tours, tastings, interactive workshops... a wide range of wine tourism activities are on offer.
