On the nose, round white fruits (pear, quince), the warm sweetness of hay and fresher aromas of dried bitter orange peel, grapefruit zest and a touch of fruit brandy. The palate echoes this sensation of maturity and warmth, balanced by a fresh, tender texture of citrus and minerality. A chalky sensation follows through to a flattering finish, with present dosage.

L. Remiot

A family estate for five generations, Ludovic Remiot took over the running of the business in 2023. He farms 7 ha in Charly-sur-Marne and a few surrounding villages. L. Remiot produces two ranges, including the classic "Zephyr" in white and rosé. It also produces Coteaux Champenois, in all three colors when the vintage permits. Small production of 20,000 bottles, with HVE3-certified vines.
