A family estate for five generations, Ludovic Remiot took over the running of the business in 2023. He farms 7 ha in Charly-sur-Marne and a few surrounding villages. L. Remiot produces two ranges, including the classic "Zephyr" in white and rosé. It also produces Coteaux Champenois, in all three colors when the vintage permits. Small production of 20,000 bottles, with HVE3-certified vines.
