A lovely, deep rosé color for this 100% pinot noir cuvée, with an open, particularly fruity nose. Red fruit dominates the aromas, with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. This is followed by a well-preserved wine base of fresh grape aromas. On the palate, the wine's gourmand side really comes into its own. This well-executed rosé is a perfect match for rhubarb or apple pie.

The estate of Karine and Julien Prélat is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the charming village of Celles-sur-Ource. Julien represents the fourth generation of winemakers. He cultivates the inherited lands according to sustainability principles; he produces single-varietal wines from a single harvest where the particularities of each grape variety are fully expressed. The ageing takes place in stainless steel vats and in oak barrels.
