The estate of Karine and Julien Prélat is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the charming village of Celles-sur-Ource. Julien represents the fourth generation of winemakers. He cultivates the inherited lands according to sustainability principles; he produces single-varietal wines from a single harvest where the particularities of each grape variety are fully expressed. The ageing takes place in stainless steel vats and in oak barrels.
