Fine bubbles rise in a cordon through the robe of this 2009, with a very fresh nose of grapes, clementine and heather. On the palate, there's extra power, perfectly controlled and balanced. The mousse is creamy, pure and beautifully composed. A champagne of great breed that can be opened with this fine balance, or waited for many years.
