A blend of one-third of the three Champagne grape varieties, with no additives or sulfites, and 18 months on laths, in its pure state. The nose is overwhelmingly intense and natural: white fruit, citrus and, above all, freshly pressed grapes. On the palate, the wine is youthful, full of pep, not to say fiery. A true vision of Champagne.

The estate is located in the village of Moussy, just south of Épernay. It dates back to 1847, and five generations have succeeded one another at the head of this estate, which is spread over nine different crus and whose vines have an average age of 50 years, which is very rare in the region. The vines are grown organically, with the plots grassed over. On the vinification side, the choice was made to vinify in oak barrels from the Argonne forest. The cuvées are then waited for a long, long time in the historic cellars before being marketed. The wide range of champagnes extends from extra-brut to single-varietal to vintage rosé de saignée. The estate welcomes you by appointment.
