Born in 1976, this first cuvée of the estate was kept on point and disgorged in 2022. With this bottle, we open a real moment in history. The nose develops notes of ceps and chanterelle mushrooms. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, quite strict, very mushroom-oriented. The bubbles are still lively and the mouthfeel still crystalline. All in all, a fine experience.
