A blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for this very fresh 2006 in a vintage reputed to be rather heavy. On the nose and palate, the wine is evolving, but with finesse, with notes of fresh honey, stone fruit and a touch of noble vegetal. Lots of freshness for this grand cru, even on the finish. A fine wine to drink now or to wait for.
