A ripe, greedy nose, with slightly evolved notes reminiscent of bread crust, fresh coffee and strawberry jam. On aeration, aromas of ripe yellow fruit evoke the end of summer, the warmth of the first days of September, while the nights become cooler. This sensation of ripeness is expressed on the palate, with a creamy, enveloping texture that is not overly dosed. The juice of yellow fruit, blood orange and a hint of acidity on the finish awaken the taste buds. Very pleasant.
