Generously fragrant, the nose offers a palette of white-fleshed fruit, brioche, spicy vanilla and a hint of aniseed. The golden-green color brings out a delicate effervescence. The creamy, racy palate declaims a retro-olfaction of white fruits and zesty citrus. The finish is long and chalky. Still in its youth, this champagne is the perfect accompaniment to a festive meal, such as Bresse poultry with morel mushrooms or fresh chaource.
