An opulent, slightly taut cuvée with a complex aromatic palette, marked by white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus and spring flowers. The palate is invigoratingly chewy, thanks to a blend of two-thirds 2015 wine and the rest solera. The 9 g/l dosage is well integrated. Open as an aperitif with a very old gouda.
