BO for forgotten bottles. This cuvée Les Prés Dieu has been forgotten 6 years longer than the other eponymous cuvée, and only 477 have been produced. It's very different, but just as superb. You can literally read the passage of time. The nose is of pastry, roasted almonds and candied fruit, with ripe lemon in the background. The palate has gained in roundness, but retains freshness, salinity and vibrancy. If you can, try both "Prés Dieu" wines at the same time: great tasting moments guaranteed.
