A blanc de noirs made from a blend of equal parts pinot noir and meunier. This barely dosed cuvée is particularly successful. The aromas seem to be infused with finesse, evolving every second in the glass: white fruits like pear, then fresh grapes and finally mirabelle plum. On the palate, the wine has a fine base and marked persistence.
