Gault&Millau's review
Karla and Yan-Alexandre, independent winemakers, head up a family estate created by Vincent Gonet and his wife Davy Sulcova in 1985. They create new cuvées, always with low dosage so as not to mask the original expression of soil and vintage. The vineyard, certified HVE 3, is planted with 80% Chardonnay on three terroirs: Mesnil-sur-Oger, Montgueux and Loches-sur-Ource. The cuvées from these parcels are blended by the Gonet Sulcova family.
