White-fleshed fruit, rose jam, a touch of yellow lemon and toast make up a charming nose. Dense, with present bubbles, we discover a bomb of fruit and a delicate acidity that lightens the texture. The finish hesitates between tension and citrus, with a hint of chalky salivation.

Gonet Sulcova

Vincent Gonet's family settled in Mesnil-sur-Oger in the early 20th century. Over the generations, the vineyard expanded, and the family began to make a name for themselves with their Cuvée de Montgueux. In 1985, Vincent Gonet and his wife, Davy Sulcova, took over management of the vineyards and moved to Épernay to create their own brand. Davy Sulcova designs all the bottles. Their children have now taken over. Their champagnes are always low dosage cuvées, so as not to mask the original juice and allow the terroir to fully express itself in each bottle.
