This cuvée (no dosage added) reveals an intense, charismatic nose of stewed yeasty white fruit, zesty citrus and the scent of old roses. On the palate, the attack is frank, creamy, then rapidly vinous. Salivating finish of granny smith and lime. Try with quail supreme, crushed potatoes with thyme.
