From a plot of just 1,500 square meters that has never received herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, this cuvée was made in oak barrels, then rested 62 months on laths before being presented for tasting. The complex nose precedes an elegant palate, punctuated by notes of sweet almond. The wine is pure, chiselled and airy. The finish offers magnificent, fine chalky bitters, the signature of Champagne's finest terroirs. An exceptional champagne for connoisseurs to discover.
