Right from the nose, there's an air of complexity and nobility, with notes of orange marmalade, incense, cumin, rose and butter. The palate appears elegant and fine, yet with remarkable amplitude. Woody aromas emerge, but are accompanied by pineapple, mango and fresh spices. The finish is salivating and saline, with bitters that prolong the adventure for a very long time. A great wine that keeps on asking for more.

Coming from a family of canon makers under the Napoleonic Empire, the three brothers Frerejean, Guillaume, Rodolphe and Richard, created their own champagne house in 2005. They produce their grand cru and premier cru cuvées exclusively from the Côte des Blancs, made only from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wines are disgorged late, with low dosage and aged from 6 to 12 years in the cellars.
