Frerejean Frères
Descended from a family of cannon-makers during the Napoleonic Empire, the three Frerejean brothers, Guillaume, Rodolphe and Richard, created their champagne house in 2005. They produce their cuvées in premier and grand crus, exclusively from the Côte des Blancs, and using only pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. The vines are cultivated with respect for the terroir, with minimal use of pesticides and sulfites. The wines are disgorged late, with low dosage, and aged between 6 and 12 years in the cellar.
