Superb, delicately floral palate of lilac and rose, with hints of raspberry and a majestic expression of fine minerality. Sillery reveals itself in all its beauty, without artifice. The right balance is salivating and the aromatic perception is bewitching. It's hard not to fall under its spell. Enjoy with veal ballotine, lobster butter and smoked eggplant caviar.
