Equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this cuvée offers a homogeneous fresh citrus chew and a minerality sustained by a dosage of 6 g/l. Perfect as an aperitif or with a land-sea dish: roast cod with soubressade and Paimpol cocos.
