A very pretty fruitiness greets the first nose, with aromas of vine peach, quince and mirabelle plum. More pastry-like notes accompany the whole, adding a comfortable touch without weighing down the bouquet. The palate is fresh, marked by the acidity of Menton lemon. The creamy bubbles remain until the finish, which evolves towards notes of lemon berlingot and remains refreshing with its delicate bitterness.
