Located in the historic Saint-Thierry massif, in the commune of Hermonville, 10 kilometers northwest of Reims, the family estate extends over nearly 8 hectares, three-quarters of which are planted on hillsides. All benefit from south-facing exposure and produce ripe grapes. Here, pinot meunier largely supplants pinot noir and chardonnay.
