Very golden, almost evolved color. More pronounced oxidation on the nose, with notes of exotic fruits (roasted pineapple), dried fruits (toasted almonds, fresh walnuts) and a hint of barely-ground coffee. The palate is surprisingly fresh and youthful, with a slender acid framework. Lemon (yellow and green) dominates and adds pep, supported by very fine bubbles that soften the overall impression. A big gap between a nose that evolves on buttery, almost caramelized notes, and a mouth full of tension, but it's very pleasant.
