Florence Duchêne is a talented winemaker who, since 2012, has been creating unique wines inspired by her roots in Champagne and the Philippines. She cultivates 4.6 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 40 years, spread across 56 plots in the Marne Valley, on both sides of the river, from Aÿ to Châtillon-sur-Marne. On these predominantly clay-limestone slopes with a marly tendency, the grape varieties consist of Pinot Noir (51%), Pinot Meunier (34%), and Chardonnay (15%). As a nod to the winemaker’s origins, each cuvée is named after a Filipino deity.
