This 100% Mauzac Brut Nature (no dosage), produced using the traditional method, comes from the coolest vineyards and offers aromas of pear and apple fresh from the tree, with hints of white flowers and smoke. The bubbles are fine and creamy, and the texture is fluid. This fresh aroma is evident in notes of white peach and citrus. The finish is mineral and mouth-watering. A wine full of balance.

Seven generations have devoted themselves entirely to their love of Mauzac, producing exceptional sparkling wines across two appellations: Blanquette de Limoux and Crémant de Limoux, the latter of which allows for the inclusion of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Note that the family also produces a Crémant de Limoux Rosé without Mauzac but with 20% Pinot Noir.
