Seven generations have devoted themselves entirely to their love of Mauzac, producing exceptional sparkling wines across two appellations: Blanquette de Limoux and Crémant de Limoux, the latter of which allows for the inclusion of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Note that the family also produces a Crémant de Limoux Rosé without Mauzac but with 20% Pinot Noir. In this sparkling world, the Antech family doesn’t forget to treat themselves to a bit of tranquility with 100% Chardonnay or 100% Pinot Noir cuvées.
