This 100% pinot noir presents an aromatic profile dominated by minerality, around spicy white fruit, and punctuated by candied citrus zest. The palate follows suit, magnified by a full-bodied chew of pomelo, yellow lemon and kumquat. The invigorating finish remains attractive. Try it as an aperitif or with a back of cod with sorrel and Joël Robuchon purée.
