Gault&Millau's review
The creation of the brand in 2019 is the fruit of the meeting of three descendants of winegrowers, Camille, Jérôme and Édouard. The originality of the concept lies in the elaboration of cuvées from a single harvest, in collaboration with the partner winemaker from vine to cellar, and the offering of champagnes for EPiCuriens. The domaine is based in the Sézannais region, close to the vineyards of Édouard's family estate. A young, contemporary brand that doesn't shy away from breaking codes by serving its champagne in blidas, the small stemless glasses typically used in Champagne to taste the juices at the press. At the end of 2022, the brand raised several million euros for its development and announced the arrival in its ranks of Stéphane Baschiera, ex-president of Moët & Chandon.
