A very timid but appetizing nose, the bouquet reveals aromas of ripe white fruit and country flowers (hawthorn, chamomile). On aeration, spices and chalky notes appear. After a straightforward attack, the elegant, silky effervescence asserts itself in a body reminiscent of mirabelle plums and yellow peaches. The finish balances bitterness, minerality and the controlled acidity of yellow lemon.
