A pure Chardonnay "5 Generations" cuvée aged half in barrel, half in tank, and 3 years on its lees. The nose is greedy, with notes of ripe yellow fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is just as round, greedy and even warm. With its creamy texture, you'd be tempted to dedicate a saffron-creamed monkfish tail to it.

Vincent and Marie, the fifth generation of harvesters and handlers, work together on a 12-hectare estate, with an average vine age of 30 years, spread over a geographical area of 10 to 60 km around the property, and composed of 70% pinot meunier, 6% pinot noir and 24% chardonnay.
