Produced from the 2015 harvest, this cuvée boasts great aromatic purity: at once mineral, saline and gourmet, it boasts an appropriate dosage of 11 g/l that blends with marine and iodine notes without ever unbalancing the whole. Appetizing and easy to digest, this champagne is the perfect accompaniment to salmon gravlax with red beet.
