Doyard
Here, we've been harvesting and handling grapes for four generations, and making wine for... twelve! The vineyard covers 10 hectares in the crus of Vertus, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and Aÿ. Rigor in the vineyard and precision in the fermenting room result in full-bodied, generous wines of great finesse. In keeping with the attention they pay to their wines, the family offers five beautiful guest rooms on the estate, open all year round for an authentic Champagne experience. Charles' brother Guillaume took over the family estate with the help of his father Yannick.
