Gault&Millau's review
2020
92/100
The magnificent dark amber color is a real invitation to taste this Ratafia made from Pinot Noir grapes. In addition to chocolate and roasted coffee notes on the nose, it reveals tones of sloe and black cherry on the palate. A perfect match for a Basque ewe's milk tomme.
