Gault&Millau's review
2019
89/100
The color is lemon yellow with light gold highlights. On the nose, notes of semi-dried lemon, fresh white bread and very subtle honey come together. The bubbles are very fine and soft. Clean, fresh and light, the palate expresses floral, white bread and honey flavors with a touch of lemon. Neither complex nor long but clean, the finish is shivering.
