A pure pinot meunier from the Côte des Bar, barely dosed (2 g/l), which opens with notes of juicy pear, apple and fresh grapes. On the nose, wood ageing seems to round out the perception. The palate follows suit: round, greedy and fruity. Small bitters appear on the finish, and red berries bring the tasting to a close. A lovely wine.
